“…a mellow folk singer-songwriter with heart and soul.” - The Valley Advocate
Scott’s been gigging and hanging in coffee shops, cafes, and clubs, living rooms, rec rooms, bookstores, bars, and back yards from Los Angeles to San Francisco, from New York to Boston, since the early 1990s.
The songs are poignant and melancholy yet with tinges of hope and optimism; songs of love, songs of loss, songs of memories both faded and familiar, sweet and heartbreaking.
Pirates on the Moon, the latest album, was released in April 2021 and recorded at home right through the heart of the pandemic lockdown.
Old Radio, featuring such fan-favorites as "Side of the Road,” “15 Minute Movie,” and “A Song is a Song” was released in 2009.
It was followed by Mysteries of the Night - EP (2014), a four-song acoustic lullaby for his two kids.
Scott lives with his family and their dog Sally in Northampton, MA.
When not writing, performing, or folding laundry, he’s also a clinical psychologist.
